My English is not very good; can I still easily follow a class?
Yes, the class is very easy to follow, none of the postures are that difficult and you learn through a process of watching other students and listening to the teacher's instructions. Even if English is your primary language you will not achieve perfect postures in your first class. Yoga is a learning process from your very first class and for the rest of your life. Every class has the same 26 postures so each time you come you learn a little bit more. Beginners stand in the back of the room so they can see other students in front of them.
